An Announcement from The South Sudan Village Care Foundation

Dear Donors and Friends of the Foundation,

We, the Board of Directors, have decided it is the appropriate time to turn the responsibility for the Medical Clinic and its operations over to the leaders and people of South Sudan as of December 15, 2016. They will be the ones to determine how best to carry on with the critical mission of helping the people of the Panrieng community. The clinic staff is in place, and they are currently operating with recently supplied medicines. Near year end, the South Sudan Village Care Foundation will disband and no longer exist.

Since the clinic opened on August 12, 2013, over 10,000 women, children and men have been helped during terribly desperate and horrific times. This is thanks to the generosity of you and the Rochester community. Our prayers and thoughts will continue to be with the people of South Sudan as they work to achieve a lasting peace for the sake of all.

With our heartfelt thanks for your support during this life changing journey and important endeavor,
